People keep writing (some calling) asking if there is anything happening on a suit aginst Madwire Media but no one has stepped in to file suit. Problem is that all of the "victms" of these guys are all over the country and the contract you signed with Madwire says you agree to sue in Colorado. I am not a Colorado attorney so if you want to file suit, find an attorney there. I am in California. If you are located in California, we can sue here for fraud, misrepresentation and if you have an "anti-disparagement clause" in your contract, that is illegal here. People who have told me they are going to sue never do, BTW or if they do, I don't hear about it so I assume that they are getting some resolution from Madwire so they drrop their suit. If you want out of your contract, play hardball and you will get father with them, IMO

Hey Madwire Media vic's (victims) Some of you ask me if I recommend anyone for internet advertising and the only one that I have used that truly comes through is a guy named Ross Taylor. Someone else recommended him to me as an honorable guy who explains what he does, does what he says and doesn't charge a ridiculous fee for his services. Everything I was told is true. Ross is a good guy and comes through! Check him out at https://alamedaim.com and let me know if he works out well for you.

Hi Everyone, I'm still getting calls from people who are being scammed by Madwire. I don't have anything to add other than check companies out on Yelp, etc, before you do any business. Unfortunately, Madwire filed a phony law suit against "John Doe" and got a judgment in federal court against NO ONE. But they have given it to Yelp and other rating establishments telling them that they have a court order that prohibits anyone from posting negative comments about them. Thi...s is absolutely not true. The First Amendment protects Free Speech, remember? Also, in California and some other states, there is an Anti-disparagement Law that prevents them and anyone from precluding someone from making comments about their company. If Madwire puts such a clause in their contracts in these states they are subject to $2500 fine for each such violation. Check in your state to see what the laws are. Best thing we all can do is get the word out. Though many people post negative reviews, I've noticed that Yelp takes them down the next day. It doesn't hurt for you to complaint to Yelp and ask why they are allowing this company to continue to scam people. There are other companies out there though that aren't intimidated. This is definitely a case of Buyer Beware that was supposed to have disappeared back in the 1800's! See more

Are blondes smarter than lawyers? You be the judge. A blonde and lawyer are seated next to each other on a flight from LA to NY. The lawyer asks if she would like to play a fun game. The blonde, very tired, just wants to take a nap, so she politely declines and rolls over toward the window to catch a few winks. The lawyer persists (as lawyers are wont to do) and explains that the game is easy and a lot of fun. He says, "I ask you a question, and if you don't know the answer, ...you pay me $5.00 and vice versa." Again, she declines and tries to get some sleep. The lawyer, now agitated, says, "Okay, if you don't know the answer you pay me $5.00, and if I don't know the answer, I'll pay you $500.00." This catches the blonde's attention and, figuring there will be no end to the torment unless she plays, agrees to the game. The lawyer asks the first question, "What's the distance from the earth to the moon?" The blonde doesn't say a word, reaches in her purse, pulls out a $5 bill and hands it to the lawyer. "Okay," says the lawyer, "your turn." She asks the lawyer, "What goes up a hill with three legs and comes down with four legs?" The lawyer, puzzled, takes out his laptop computer and searches all his references, no answer. He taps into the air phone with his modem and searches the net and Library of Congress, still no answer. Frustrated, he sends e-mail to all his friends and coworkers, all to no avail. After an hour, he wakes the blonde and hands her $500. The blonde says, "Thank you," and turns back to get some more sleep. The lawyer, more than a little miffed, wakes the blonde and asks, "Well, what's the answer?" Without a word, the blonde reaches in her purse, hands the lawyer $5.00, and goes back to sleep. See more

Be Warned People - About Madwire Marketing! Internet marketing is so important today but finding the right company can be not only grueling but a total rip off. Unfortunately, I did not check for reviews before I signed up with Madwire Media (aka Marketing360). I was lucky that I even saw the negative reviews because Madwire actively takes down all negative reviews! My experience was bad but many others were treated far worse! Some got not only ripped off, but intimidated... and bullied. Not only does this company NOT give you what you pay for, but they steal your entire website (sent one guy a demand for $15,000 for switching to a different web host claiming he was violating "their" copyright.") They have harassed and intimidated anyone who writes a bad review and even use a bogus law suit (they got a default judgment against an unknown person: John Doe) and use it to intimidate Yelp and other review companies that their "Federal Court Order" prohibits any disparaging remarks. NOT TRUE! They claim that you can't even report them to the Attorney General as its a violation of their contract! So be forewarned and DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. They keep 95% of what you pay and apply 5% to google adwords. That's all your gonna get. They lock you into a 6 month contract that you can't get out of. But good news is E-ttorneys is preparing a class action law suit! Their fraud and bullying is going to come to an end! See more

Lawyer on Vacation A lawyer was on vacation in a small farming town. While walking through the streets on a quiet Sunday morning, he came upon a large crowd gathered by the side of the road. Going by instinct, the lawyer figured that there was some sort of auto collision. He was eager to get to the injured parties but couldn't get near the car. Being a clever sort, he started shouting loudly, "Let me through! Let me through! I am the son of the victim." The crowd made way for him. Lying in front of the car was a donkey.

She Never Expected Him to Say This: A woman meets with her lover who is also her husband's best friend. They make love for hours and afterwards, as they lie in bed, the phone rings. Since it is the woman's house, she picks up the phone. Her lover listens as she says: "Hello? Oh, hi ... I'm so glad you called. Really? That's wonderful. I'm so happy to hear you are having a wonderful time. Oh, that sounds terrific. Okay. Love you too! Bye-bye."... She hangs up the telephone and her lover asks "Who was that?" "Oh," she replies. "That was my husband telling me about the wonderful time he is having on his fishing trip with you."
