Dynamic Mobile Fitness Instructor Valerie Ford rocked the house with the USC Health and Fitness Day Festival on Saturday. The 4th and 5th grade classes had a blast dancing to Val's awesome choreographed dance songs.

Had a Senior Functional Training class at Del Webb today with Instructor Mary Vershuur. 45 people attended the class and loved it! She will start teaching it regularly in January. Mary really connects with the members and makes them keep coming back for more!

Instructor Nazer taught the first Tai Chi first class at Dell Webb yesterday. 68 people attended. The members loved it, and can't wait for more. Next week Mary will teach the first Senior Functional Training class. 45 people are signed up and there is a waiting list. Do you know a business that would like these classes brought to there facility. We are ready to pack out more classes!
