Dear friends and family as I have been recovering for the past year I’ve come to realize that it’s all in my head the knowledge. I can still train others I just can’t train myself. Living with neuropathy but I’m still living. Opening up my training and gym/boot camp. Come take my 3 mile obstacle course and see if your a ninja warrior. Only a one on one. Hi sorry Dukes Gym has been closed and is moving. Still looking for a place to reopen. My apologize for any hard ship this may have caused. Will give you heads up in near future if and when I will reopen. Been battling a sickness that was life threatening. Been working on a better ME. Thanks for your love and patients.
