Dear Valued Friends and Clients, First, I'd like to begin by saying 'Thank you!' Several of you have called the office simply to check on us, ask how we are doing, if anyone is sick, and how we are holding up. Our hearts are warmed. Your friendship and concern are valued and much appreciated. As always, I want to emphasize that we will get through this-- together! With the Coronavirus affecting more than 120 countries worldwide, it can feel monumental, and it may take time, b...ut we will thrive again. As a small business, we ask for your patience as we navigate through some changes. I have made the commitment to our staff that there will be no layoffs in the near future. In an effort to observe social distancing and stay well, we are now working remotely, from our respective homes. Please be patient over the next several days as we navigate our phone system from our homes. Although we’ve had to make some adjustments, our office is still operating and you will receive the same service you have come to expect. As always, remember that all money with us is YOURS. Although we firmly believe that the markets will recover, where we go from here is ultimately your decision. I have spoken to many of you over the past couple weeks and am encouraged by your resilience in facing these markets. Several of you are asking how to purchase some of the great quality stocks that are now deeply discounted from a mere month ago. We are always happy to assist you and provide instructions. On the other hand, if you feel you cannot stomach the volatility any longer, please call us to discuss your options. Lastly, life as we know it has changed drastically in a very short period of time. Things as simple as shopping, visiting friends, and eating out, are suddenly significantly impacted or have been halted altogether. Please seek support from friends and family because love is much bigger than any virus. And finding encouragement in difficult times is essential to mental health. Again, please call with questions or concerns. We are all in this together. Wishing you and your loved ones the best during these tough times. Warm regards, Joe Rubinstein DSI Wealth Management

My Dear Friends and Clients: In relation to and in conjunction with federal and local efforts to mitigate transmission of the Coronavirus, COVID-19, please know that while our office is open for telephone conversations, we will be implementing the practice of social distancing and will not be conducting face-to-face appointments in the office at this time. We will inform you once this situation has changed. While we certainly love seeing our clients face-to-face, we believe i...t is in keeping with virus mitigation protocols and best practices to conduct business in the near future by telephone or video-conference until such time that it is deemed safe to do otherwise. The safety of all of us and especially you and your loved ones is our primary concern. As you know, Coronavirus can be transmitted very easily. We can just as easily and safely discuss your portfolio or financial concerns and meet your needs via telephone or videoconference without both parties unknowingly putting each other at risk. In the meantime, be safe, be practical, wash your hands frequently, practice social distancing, and don’t panic. We will get through this. Please feel free to call the office with any questions or concerns you may have, financial or otherwise. We very much look forward to hearing from you and eventually look forward to seeing you again soon. Warmest regards, Joe Rubinstein
