Please feel free to call the office if you need assistance getting an appointment that works with your schedule. We have two choices of COVID-19 Antibody Tests Available. A superbill can be provided for insurance reimbursement. Both tests have a high sensitivity and specificity for COVID-19 One is a rapid test that ta...kes about 20 minutes from start of visit to results. It requires an in office finger stick and gives a positive or negative results detecting both IgM (acute infection) and IgG (late infection or past infection). Test cost is $90 includes administration and interpretation. The other test is a quantitative test that gives a total number of IgM and/or IgG antibodies, not just positive or negative. This test requires a blood draw and the sample must be sent away to a lab to be processed so results take 4-7 days. This test gives a better indication of the immune response to the virus if positive and costs $224 for lab draw, test and interpretation by one of our doctors.

Before people ended up in concentration camps in Nazi Germany and other countries, people were trying to tell the truth. They were considered conspiracy theoris...ts. They were silenced. And millions of people died, unnecessarily. It could have been stopped. There are hundreds of examples of this throughout history. I continue to listen, learn and THEN I make up my own mind. I do not discard something simply because it challenges something I think I know, or because it is on such a large scale that it seems unbelievable. I encourage my kids, friends, family, patients and colleagues to do the same thing. I continue to teach what I know is possible, what works, what takes us down the path of thriving healthy humans, a thriving healthy planet, and on to our next evolutionary "awakened" stage. We coexist with uncountable microorganisms and have since humans began walking this earth. We KNOW what to do and if you don't, someone else does. It is not forced vaccination. It is not being chipped and tracked. It is not in buying processed and packaged foods. It is not the next new car or bigger house. It is not the newest gadget. It is not in isolating the healthy. It is not running your dishwasher every night to "save" money as Cascade would have you believe. It is not buying toxic substances passed off as food for the busy - and BTW, busy at what exactly? It is simple really and all you have to do is work through this list, one day at a time, one step at a time. So what if it takes you a year or more to do all this? I know what is on the other side...freedom, strength, peace, health, cooperation, HOPE. Grow your own food. Yes, even in the desert, because we know how to harvest water from thin air (see link below). And, many, many people on this planet distribute seeds free of charge. Eat only real food. Yes, even in places where there is no food, we can create food. 1 apple seed grows into a tree with hundreds of apples. Learn to preserve your food. Smoke, dry, can, salt. Buy only what you need. Stop buying UNNEEDED "things". If you have extra money, give to projects where the money is used responsibly and ethically. Cut up your credit cards. Resist and question forced medical procedures for which the already rich profit more AND for whom there is NO LIABILITY. If someone will profit from you, you MUST question what they are asking you to do. This is NOT conspiracy theory. This is imperative. This is real. Turn off your TV. At least the news. Subscribe to rational, unbiased, news reporting. If someone is telling you something, and will not only NOT profit from it but will likely face ridicule, and ruin, at least listen. They take great risk to share their knowledge. Choose that over listening and believing things from sources that do and will profit from your belief in what they are saying. Or at least really question the latter. Remember you are a creator, do not let others create your world for you. Drink clean water. Yes, even where the water is contaminated it can be filtered. Engineers around the world have shared free DIY water filtration instructions. No I am not providing a link, this is easily found online and in books. Yes, even where people have to walk for miles to gather water, there are ways to solve this and people doing just that. Donate your money to help build these water harvesters everywhere in the world. (one of many such devices https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xsNNp9N2v9Y) Sleep. Replace fear with gratitude. Build a loving supportive community. Start walking places. Buy a bike*. Donate a bike. Write a letter, make a phone call, join a network promoting these things I mention. ¿ Do not try and change a conversation, start a new conversation. Notice most* of those require no money, no power, or anything out of the reach of almost every single human on this planet. These steps are for the least to most privileged. If you have more, reach out to help those with less. If you know more, help teach those around you. Find your #vitalistic #naturopathicdoctor.
