Here’s a tough breast revision: previous saline implants which migrated to a prepectoral position - they were placed trans axillary or through the armpit and unfortunately the result was not as desired. I had to create a new pocket under the muscle and then close the muscle to the skin and breast above! I also had to tighten the pocket and get the implants out of the armpit. #revisionbreastsurgery #breastaugmentation #breastsurgeon

Great cleavage is achieved by getting the correct dual plane dissection with lateral release and ideal implants sizing. You have to avoid over-dissection laterally in the pocket while balancing the distribution of the breast implant volume. Also I do this through a 2 cm incision the smallest possible due to the retractor size. It takes a little longer but it is all worth it when I get to see the patients reactions to their new body! #breastaugmentation
