"I worked with Andrea Dimidik from Dreamcatchers for employment search. I got in contact with her through the DOR. She helped me with my resume, cover letter, statement of qualifications and supplemental questionnaire (the last two are more common in state jobs). Dreamcatchers works with many employers in the communities we serve to help us accomplish our mission of supporting people with disabilities in employment. Today, we are thankful for our partnership with Mountain Mikes Pizza providing opportunities to our youth. "I have been working with Dreamcatchers Empowerment Network through the Department of Rehabilitation for over a year now and feel that it is a program that is greatly needed in all communities. Students can work he...re to learn skills such as basic cleaning, making pizza as ordered, customer service, how to maintain a work schedule and how to operate the case register. Michael, a former client, was hired in 2018 with the assistance of Dreamcatchers. He has worked hard over the past few years and continues to be employed. Michael shares a recent video to give us an update on his work status. California Department of Rehabilitation

Vanessa has been employed in numerous jobs in the past but has always struggled to maintain them. We are proud to say that Vanessa has been successfully employed for over 90-days now. She shares her testimony on how employment has changed her life.
