WFH is here to stay, and I say FINALLY! Something good has to come out of all this craziness and remote work being made available to more employees is good. The National Bureau of Economic Research estimates that 37% of all U.S. jobs can be done from home, which represents 46% of all wages. Pre-COVID-19, only 5% of jobs were done from home. As a pioneer in remote work arrangements, including managing distributed, diverse and remote teams, I’m thrilled to see ongoing widespread adoption of it.

Take heed of 1 and 2- remote work will be part of the new normal post COVID-19.
