New featured review on www.yelp.com Dr. Bray is an amazing plastic surgeon. I broke my nose over ten years ago and I started having issues with my breathing as the years passed. Finally I went to see an Ent and she told me I had a deviated septum and enlarged turbinates. I did have a significant dorsal hump as a result of the break that I wanted corrected so she referred me to Dr. Bray. He confirmed what the Ent told me but also told me I had collapsed air valves. When we dis...cussed the dorsal hump reduction I told him I am 41 years old I don't want to wake up from surgery and look like a different person or it be obvious I had my nose fixed. He said to me he will minimize the dorsal hump and even out my nose but also suggested I take a millimeter off the entire length of my nose. I had a very bony looking tip and extra skin on the lower part of my nose. He told me he can trim the skin on the bottom part of my nose so it won't look so long. It all Sounded good to me so I booked my surgery. I will say the recovery after the surgery was rough. It hurt like heck Because of reducing the dorsal hump and rebuilding my air valves but it was all worth it. I am seven weeks post surgery and I can't remember the time I could ever breathe this well plus my nose looks absolutely amazing. Dr. Bray did an incredible job!! He was very educated and well versed in rhinoplasty and we scheduled my surgery for 2 weeks shy of a year later. The results were great and are still great. I still have some discomfort because it was a very extensive surgery but the results have been amazing.
