Yin Immersion and training begins March 13/14. Join us for Part I of a new 5-part training to learn this beautiful stillness practice in a deeper way. Explore the seasons, elements, organ pairs, science, sequences and eastern philosophy associated with the practice of yin, and the use of props to deepen the experience. The course is open to everyone, and 200-hour or 500-hour certified instructors can apply this training to your Yoga Alliance Continuing Education requirements. Congratulations to the brilliant and resilient group of yoga teachers graduating from Dragonfly Yoga’s Advanced Teacher Training Program. On top of mastering a challenging curriculum, they have managed to thrive in the messiness that is 2020; exemplifying what flexibility truly means. They met in parks, in barns, and of course on Zoom!
