A member of the original family still owns this page, the new family will eventually take it over once they have gotten used to things. With that being said I can't answer questions such as whether a fountain drink system is in talks or why certain prices has gone up. These are questions to be asked directly with the new family. What I do know is that there are no new chefs and that they are still the same chefs from before, so the food should be relatively but not 100% exactly the same since it is a different family. They are still working out the kinks and getting used to the business so please be patience, but any constructive feedback is greatly appreciated (just not on here since they may not always see it). Jimmy and Larry are still there to help with the transition so you can also talk to them about it as well.

We at Dragon Inn want to thank our amazing community for all these years, for all the memories, and events you shared with us for 42 years. While we know this will be a sad moment for some time we can say the "old guys" are retiring happy and thank everyone for these past couple of weeks. And just a reminder, we aren't closing for good. New management will be remodeling the place in the near future. So please show your support, the chefs are the same so the food will be the same. For now this page will no longer be posting anymore for the time being, whether the new family is willing to take over the Facebook page as well.

We have been receiving many calls throughout the day asking when we're closing again. While we appreciate the community's concern, this does clog up our phone lines for those who are trying to order. So I will answer on here that we are closing BUT for our annual vacation at the end of this month, so June 30th is our last day. From there there is no confirmed date when we'll reopen, we do plan to remodel so that can go for a few weeks to a month, it's undetermined. If you can share this or spread the word please do! I know many of you have been asking when we’ll be going on vacation. We’ll be going on vacation by the end of this month, which means we’ll be open for the remainder of June. With that being said there is no need to rush us early in the month, we’ll still be here and will have our vacation notice up near the last week. Thank you for being such an amazing community and supporting us for so long. If anyone has any questions feel free to post it on here or you can message us directly.

There has been again some rumors going around that we are no longer closing or that we have found someone to take over the restaurant. I would like to say from the family that sadly we still plan to close the restaurant within the year. While I know this is heartbreaking to the community there are still possibilities for someone to buy the restaurant. We're just looking for the right people for it. And while many of us are dreading the day, I (one of the children from the fa...mily), am willing to answer some questions on here within my capabilities to clear up some confusions. I would also like to apologize for the way business has been lately. With the news that we are closing its has been difficult for us to keep up, and with a lower and older staff it adds an extra level of stress for us as well. Please be patience and respectful, we are trying our best.

There is an apparent rumor that we are closing by this Friday. That is NOT true, so do not worry. If it’s not posted on here or in the restaurant then it’s not true. When a date is confirmed with the family then there will be a post. Another quick notice, we will not be taking anymore reservations on the day of the Bok Kai Parade. We expect it to be very busy that day(since it is also a weekend), so it will be a first come first serve kind of baises. Thank you for understanding, and enjoy the rest of your week.

Please do not call us if you are ONLY asking if we are closing/when we are closing. As of now, we still do not have a confirmed date but I can say it will not be the end of this month or the month after that. It's completely fine to ask us when you come in, or at the end of ordering with us over the phone. If we are not answering our phone, it does not means we are closed(unless its Monday), it just means we are constantly getting calls nonstop that every time we put the phone down, another comes up immediately. We appreciate the patience and the concerns of our customers, just remember we will post or notify the public when the time comes.

If we are not answering your phone calls, it’s not that we’re suddenly closed. We get a lot of phone orders throughout the day and it becomes overwhelming. With only 1-2 people at the counter it’s difficult for us to answer call after call. We apologize for the inconvenience and we would like to thank everyone who spent Valentine’s Day with us yesterday.

A family member of the restaurant has taken over this Facebook page to clear up some panic and confusion we have been receiving. Dragon Inn is not closing in the immediate future! Though we do plan on closing, there is no official date for that but when the time comes there will be a notice either in the restaurant, in the paper, or online here. Please do not call us over the phone asking if we are closing, as many of our customers know we can get very busy and when phone lines are taken up it makes our job very difficult. We appreciate the support our customers has given us and we thank you for all of that.
