Due to the extension of the Shelter-in-Place Mandated Office Closure, our office will be closed until Monday, May 4th, 2020. This is subject to change with federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations. All visits in April 2020 will be cancelled at this time. If you had an appointment during the month of April, please contact our office to reschedule your visit. Eye emergencies can possibly be discussed on the phone (408-374-7000) with Dr. Umeda. Due to the Santa Clara County Mandated Shelter-in-Place, our office will be closed starting Tuesday, March 17th and re-opening on Wednesday, April 8th. We will be reaching out to reschedule your visit if we have not done so already. We will be seeing patients for emergencies and required follow-up visits. If we have already spoken to you for any appointments this week, please plan on keeping that appointment. If you have any other appointment during this time from March 17th ...through April 7th, this appointment will be cancelled, you will be contacted from our office to reschedule to the next available date after April 8th. If you already have an appointment April 8th or after, please plan on keeping your appointment until further notice from our office. A staff member will be at the office from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our office will be open for emergencies only during this time.
