Ingredients - one 1-inch long slice to peeled fresh ginger - two slices of lemon - 1 tsp of honey Directions Place the ginger and lemon in mug. Pour in 12 oz of boiling water over the ingredients, and let brew for 5 minutes. Strain if desired. Add honey to taste.
