Dr. Bautista took the time to explain everything; we never felt rushed or belittled. You can tell he and his staff truly care about creating a good experience for the kids and parents. So glad we've found this office!

The reason I chose this dentistry was because of the initial customer service I received over the phone. I was looking for a pediatric dentist for my girls, I called a couple different dentistries and Dr. Bautista’s receptionist was so helpful and polite. I live in Turlock, the places I called in Turlock did not have the same response as Dr. Bautista’s... staff. I also have to pay a little more out of pocket for my girls to go here but I love how welcoming they make us feel. So like I mentioned, customer service was my deciding factor and Dr. Bautista and his staff continue to provide the best customer service I have ever received in any doctors office! Thank you very much! One last thing, my kids constantly ask when Do they get to go to the dentist. What kid wants to go to the dentist?! Dr. Bautista’s patients :) See more

My 7 year old had oral surgery today, Dr... - by Jessica W. My 7 year old had oral surgery today, Dr. Bautista, the anesthesiologist, and all his staff were friendly and helpful. They took good care of my son, and made the scary experience more relaxed and tolerable. Was the fee really expensive, even though I have insurance? Yes!!, but It was worth it knowing my son was in good hands!!
