COVID-19: Changes and safety precautions. Throughout the past four months our office has being working hard to ensure the safety of our staff and patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are following ALL mandatory precautions given by the CDC and have maintained a healthy environment for patients and staff since our re-opening in May.... Pictured are ways we have adapted to changes which include: Masks are required before entry for all patients and staff, temperature logging upon arrival, proper PPE attire, and Plexiglas shields at the front desk. **The front desk staff are also pre-screening all patients at appointment confirmations** Dr. Cantrell and his team strive to make each patient’s experience at Sutter Terrace as comfortable and safe as possible during these times.
