Call Center Respresentative Job Description: Need customer service oriented individuals for a 24-7 Call Center. This is a call center for all different kinds of companies and individuals will screen populates script and see what service they need to address. Because it is a 24-7 facility, candidates need to be very flexible with their availability. Potential hours are listed in the class dates below. Candidates will undergo about 16 hours of training, maybe more depending on the program. Call Center Representative Job Requirements: 1 year of customer service experience Some call center expereince required Good grammar, able to read, able to speak clearly Able to follow instructions and multi task Computer skills with typing Has reliable transportation (public transportation doesn't work because of the hours) Bonus: employees qualify for a bonus each month based on performance goals and attendance. These are temp to permanent positions with room for advancement. If individuals work out well then they can be hired on to the dedicated team for a higher wage.
