This election should prompt the inquiry whether America wants to be a democracy, a republic, or a system so old that, if being a tool, could only be found in the museum or someones old shed. If presented with the blind choice (without knowing what party would it benefit) the majority would agree that the candidate that substantially out-performed the other in the popular vote, should be the one to be selected, if the will of the people is to mean something and not be just a tired cliche, or as in his election, the results that is very much not 'the will of the people", Two million votes is a lot, especially when considering various ant-fraud measures that did everything possible, to in convince, discourage, and prohibit many from participating in the most fundamental activity of democracy-voting.

Ex hippie lawyers practicing ART LAW, a niche area that deals not just with copyrights, or licensing but with moral law that extends the artist's ownerships interests even after the artwork is purchased by the client. Of course, the firm handles also "wealth management", which is rarely the problem for many artists. However, it is even my personal experience as an artist that making art translates into owning a lot of stuff, often is unique and of aesthetic value that deserves to be protected. As such, I urge artists, even those who do not have any wealth to protect to look into creating a by a trust for their work so that their wishes like their art can outlive their earthy lives.

Excellent reminder that not all may be lost when a friend or family member "run off" the lion share or all of the assets of someone who trusted them. This is a sad that these abuses happen, not necessarily in obvious ways and often staring as innocent assistance with management of asset....
