Just returned from Mount Madonna Institute. One year from today is graduation. What a wonderful program. I'm in the middle of intern/externships now.

You cannot multi-task in asana. It's one pose at a time. We find relief because that's how our nervous system is. Let me challenge you to mono-task today. You can practice this when someone speaks to you. Give them your undivided attention.
