Anxiety can take such a strong hold of life events. How can we manage the ever changing world as we see it today and be able to control our anxiety and many other emotions that can surface. In small doses anxiety is helpful it protects us from danger and helps us focus our attention on problem solving. A solution to practice is to find relaxation tools such as: deep breathing, muscle relaxation (maybe Yoga) and mindfulness. Mindfulness what does that mean? Being aware of your own thoughts, feelings and senses. Remember to try and be aware of your inside world and try not to concentrate on the outside world so heavily. It is not easy, however practice routinely can make a world a difference to you as an individual.
