Although we have moved from Lucerne where it all began, we are not gone. During our transition we will provide Lake County with our outstanding balloon creation's that have become recognized, and enjoyed by so many. We continue to deliver locally and far beyond as we always have. Personal unique bouquets, intimate gatherings, and grand corporate events. You can be assured DOS will be a call away for any occasion. Thank you all for your loyal support through the years.
