Domingos Bits and Spurs

Happy Mother’s Day to all of the moms out there. And happy 1st Mother’s Day to my daughter and daughter in-law.

I have decided to put these spur straps back to use. These belonged to my boss in the early 70s. Lawrence Dutra was the general manager of Cojo Jalama. I still have the snaffle bit bridle I was using out there, he also helped me do my first work on a bit. Thanks to his son Ron, I have aquired these and will be using them doing day work back at Cojo Jalama.

In just a little over 2 months, Dennis became a papa for a second time. This time his son Jason and his wife Kimmy welcomed their first child into the world - Makenna Marie Domingos. Dennis now has a grandson and a granddaughter.

Curious if there are any more of these out there or anything close to it?

This bit is headed for the mail. Last December Caleb Holley of Nevada was the 1000th like for this Facebook page and we figured we'd surprise that person with a snaffle. Thank you Caleb and good luck with it. Dennis
