I learn so much from UCI Mind and all of the resources and research they disseminate. I have the privilege to walk alongside individuals living with Alzheimer's and/or other dementias and to partner with their families and caregivers. With these beautiful, strong individuals in mind, I share UCI's call to action, encouraging us all to #advocate #donate #participate.

At OCHP we advocate for whole person health, body, mind and spirit. APA recently wrote an article reminding all of us to draw upon our faith and spirituality resources. Whether you are experiencing the positives of your faith or what some research identifies as negative, may this be an encouragement to include soul care as an invaluable aspect of your self care.
