Well that didn't take long!! Listed on Saturday 19 December, drove to Aptos with my puppy Sunday for 3 showings, 2 made over list price offers Monday and the third declined as they had to sell a house to buy this one, escrow opened Tuesday and the sale closed Tuesday 26 January. Thanks to my awesome USMA classmate for the opportunity to list his house that sold for over 20% more than a similar sized house 6 months ago and I got to enjoy a weekend in Aptos, run on the beach with Kalani to the concrete ship (it's an Aptos thing) and have some great Mexican food. #dockwalkrealestate #aptos #letusmakethedifference #manuelsmexicanrestaurant #aptosconcreteship

Another week, another opportunity to be thankful for an awesome network of graduates of the United States Military Academy that assisted Dock Walk Real Estate with another sale. The closing this week started with a referral from Michael Hughes.
