We’re tickled pink that it’s the weekend

This pretty little lady was looking got a change, and loves the ease of being able to rock her natural texture! We decided to change up the color with a maintenance friendly balayage color service. Since her curl pattern is so tight, we decided to maintain the majority of the actual length. We then created concave layers to avoid that pyramid affect. Finally we softened up the last 2 inches of the hair to reduce weight lines and bulk in way that won’t create bulk as the hair grows out. We don’t believe in using the traditional technique of thinning the hair deep into the layers of the hair. This only creates a layer of internal bulk that will make the hair puffier as it grows out.

Blonde fresh highlights to kick off the week

You have to watch this! We had such a great time unwrapping the background story of the salon, and Corbin’s gorgeously permed locks!

This beauty had patiently waited through the majority of quarantine to freshen up her gorgeous locks. Her previous highlights had turned to mostly blonde tips when we finally got to have the pleasure of having her in our salon again. A fresh full highlight, ashy color glaze, and haircut brought new life and lightness to her hair!

Unfortunately, Sunday morning at 5:46am, according to our camera, we were broken into. The two men can be seen in the first photo. One in the bottom left and one on the top right. They cleared our retail shelves, stole our technology and phone, took our tools and expensive scissors, broke the door and the door frame, and more. As we continue to be in our 3rd shutdown, this definitely feels like a kick while we are down. Not only are we shutdown during our busiest season of... the year, but now this. Yes, we have insurance, but during a time like this even a hefty deductible is a large financial burden to carry. Our little salon and the clients we see here means so much to our salon family.
