Areté conducting a field test of the AHEAD system. Mounted to a drone, AHEAD collected data and ran onboard algorithms for remote casualty detection, pose mapping, and vitals monitoring. The Tucson terrain, fatigues, and synthetic wounds provided realistic operating conditions.

Areté’s Award-winning Automated Image-Based Medical Sensing (AIMS) provides rapid automated triaging of casualties aiding rescue and treatment from point of injury to point of care. AIMS combines multiple Deep Neural Networks and advanced signal processing into a mobile Low SWAP system.
