The golden rules of masking up: 1. Properly secure the mask around your head or both ears. Check that the mask fits snugly over your nose and mouth, and that there are no gaps on the side. 2. Wear a disposable or reusable mask when in public and crowded indoor/outdoor spaces like malls, restaurants, or fitness classes.... 3. Reusable masks should be washed regularly. Include your mask with your regular laundry, use laundry detergent and warm water. Once washed, toss your mask in the dryer or on a hanger and leave until completely dry. #MaskUp #MaskEtiquette
