Mondays are an opportunity to start fresh. Kind of like our Forest Mushroom Pizza; a bite of fresh, local ingredients in every slice. Pizza Shown: Forest Mushroom with Truffle Pecorino Pizza - Sautéed forest mushrooms, imported truffle pecorino cheese, mozzarella and sautéed fennel/garlic topped with fresh thyme.

It is happening today from 3-6 pm at River Terrace Inn, located at 1600 Soscol Ave. Our menu tonight includes: *A Potato Pizza* Sounds crazy but wait until you try it. This potato pizza is topped with; Fingerling Potatoes, pork belly, provolone cheese, fennel confit, rosemary, chive crème fraiche, pecorino cheese... *Pepperoni Pizza* - This is not your average Pepperoni Pizza. This wood fired pizza comes with; Pepperoni, San Marzano tomato sauce, fontina cheese, Calabrian chilies, local honey, oregano, garlic chips *A Shrimp Pizza* topped with; roasted red pepper pesto, sautéed spinach, fresh mozzarella and provolone, fresh garlic, parsley, meyer lemon zest, olive oil, sea salt. You have try give this one a try! The Red Pepper Pesto sends your tastebuds into a new heigthened awareness. *Veggie Pizza* For our Veggie fans we have a Veggie Pizza topped with; Charred tomato sauce, provolone cheese, sautéed mushrooms, crispy kale, grilled onions, Kalamata olives, sun dried tomato tapenade, arugula. The Bagel recipe was once a trade secret. To protect immigrant workers attempting to meet New York’s growing demand for bagels, an International Beigel Bakers' Union emerged in the early 1900s. Beigel Bakers' Local 338 was a particularly notable chapterits 300 Manhattan bagel-makers banded together to keep their tradition to themselves. Only sons of current members could be offered spots in the union, and the group conducted its meetings almost entirely in Yiddish.
