VICTORY FORMATION

A win today and we clinch a playoff spot, puts us back in 1st place in the NFC WEST and gives us momentum going into next week... Today we need to focus our attention on the run and containment... we cannot be soft up the middle and we need to stay gap sound and not over pursue on the edge... if we can do that and manage to shoot a delayed blitz here and there we should be able to get to Wilson... On offense its going to start with our line.. they need to put last week behin...d them and really focus on fundamentals by keeping with their assignments and not allowing the inside man to beat them to the gap... the players to watch on our line will be Blythe and Corbet, if they have a good game it will show in the stats... with Cam out look to see a few more RB screens from Henderson and some very important short yardage game from Brown... If we get Goff to roll out or we are able to get the Playaction to work we should be fine... our receivers need to create space and Goff needs to go thru his progressions, he needs to make confident throws and not force them... this is gonna be a dogfight folks... don't expect a blowout... this will be our toughest game of the season See more
