Halloween 2020 will not be the same. If you are expecting trick or treaters and want to make some children feel special that day, consider delivering non-food treats such as Halloween-themed pencils, notebooks, erasers, bookmarks or other school supplies they can use at home; or other items like stickers and glow sticks.
