Looking for more shape in your legs and to build up your booty? Try more single leg exercises! Exercises like step ups (left) and single leg squats (both on the right) are great for building the butt and sculpting the legs! Additionally, when done right they can help out with improving the stability of our knees by strengthening the smaller support muscles around them!
