The berry base is high in antioxidants and Vitamin C while the added chia seeds and ground flax are rich in antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids as well as high in fiber and protein. We topped our bowl with strawberries, hemp seeds, and a delicious pepita, almond, and cinnamon cashew granola for extra iron, zinc, and magnesium.
