Evening classes at the beach are a perfect way to end the day.

Leg Pull Prone. This plank is challenging. It is an integrated exercise engaging the abs, back, shoulders and glutes. Start in a plank. If you are just starting an exercise program, you can anchor on the knees instead of the feet. Gradually increase the length of time in the plank.. and then ultimately.. add weight transfer and leg lift. Nothing better for toning the entire body. It aids in blasting belly fat! Try it with me!
