We exist so we can provide a safe and welcoming space for folks of all races, beliefs, and identities to workout and find community. With recent events going on all across the country, we want to make it very clear that we stand in solidarity with our black brothers and sisters. And as Pride month begins, we also want to make it clear that when we say ...we believe Black Lives Matter, we also mean that we believe Black Trans Lives Matter, Black Non-binary Lives Matter, and Black Queer Lives Matter. This weekend, we're encouraging all Depot members to get involved with us in support of BLM. First, join us and other members of the CrossFit community for a Memorial WOD Justice for George. Then, do any 2 actions on the list above. For any Depot athlete who completes the WOD and does any 2 actions on the list by Sunday night, Depot founder and owner Liz will personally donate $5 to Know Your Rights Camp. We will be hosting a Zoom workout at 10am on Saturday for anyone who wants to join us online for "Justice for George." For more details, please click the link in our bio.
