Hello dear friend, As we start this New Year together I felt to share with you an Ayurvedic Daily Routine that has helped me to bring calm and peace into my days. In this place of peace, I feel connected to nature, others and my true self. Here is one suggestion that I thought you might like to use to start your day so that you can experience these same feelings. Start your day with a smile to yourself and a hug when you open your eyes. Say : I Love you internally or aloud. It feels amazingly good!
