Hello and Happy Sunday morning Del Norte Crossfit Family. Today I write you to keep you informed as to what is going on. As many of you know, I went to Medford Friday night to pick up my roommate. My roommate informed me that his family had Covid when he was down there. He also said he has suffered all the symptoms. All of them!!! To protect all of you and to protect our community, I'm sheltering in place. I have scheduled a covid test for Mon morning. Once tested I can go ...from there with having the correct information. In the mean time. Emily has agreed to help coach 9am and 12noon. Emily started her Crossfit career with us. She has years of experience and a ton of knowledge and she is really fun. I have every confidence in her and you are in great hands!!! Thank you Emily. Ashlee has also agreed to coach all the 530pm classes and the Saturday 1030am class. Ashlee also started her Crossfit career with us. She has been at it for a couple years and also has a ton of knowledge. Thank you Ashlee We will be filling in spots as they come up. It is our aim to keep the gym going and keep everyone safe! I would like to thank all of you for your help and understanding at this difficult time. As soon as I can return safely, I will. Hello and good afternoon Del Norte Crossfit friends and family. As you may already know, I had a possible exposure to Covid 19. I isolated and got a test. My test results are negative. Also, my roommate had a test and his results are also negative. As a result, I've been cleared to return to work Monday having isolating in place for 10 days. We will see you guys very soon.
