Sticking with local produce often bears fruit, and that's no more apparent than when Murray Family Farms stops in with a rare crop of Che fruit, a unique berry originally from China that looks like a raspberry but tastes like a watermelon! The result is a cocktail special we're calling the "Chico Che" made with Che infused Tequila, Yuzu Oleo, and Clarified Lime Juice, available this weekend only! If that doesn't tickle you pink, try our Kaffir Mule made with locally sourced Kaffir Lime Leaf sous vide in Vodka, Clarified Lime Juice, Ginger Beer Syrup, Soda Water and topped with Peychauds Bitters.

Farm to Table means supporting local farmers while bringing our customers the highest quality possible. Let these incredible ingredients shine and the flavor follows. Our Feta Mousse Toast is a prime example, made with perfectly plump and juicy heirloom tomatoes. Or our Gem Lettuce Salad, made with beautiful greens straight from local farms. You can even find Garden to Glass concepts throughout our cocktail program. Strawberry Fields infuses fresh strawberries grown nearby sous vide with vodka for a bright burst of fresh flavor.

The one in yellow is our Sidewinder Fang made with Rum, Lime & Orange juice, Fresh Passion Fruit syrup, and Soda water. May we recommend our Crispy Chicken Thighs, Gem Lettuce Salad, and Feta Mousse Toast with Heirloom T...omatoes. After this week we could sure use something special, so we brought out a beautiful cut of swordfish for just such an occasion. We grill it to perfection atop a potato fennel puree, with charred asparagus, homemade tapenade and fresh lemon. Get it while it lasts, we have a limited supply!
