All the #mondaymotivation that I need right here! I've been lucky to help the best clients lately. People I really enjoy working with, that get me excited to go to work! This sweet client is now a Compass colleague. Not only did I find her a new home, I also found her a new job. ;)

I can't believe it's almost been a week since #Kamala and #Biden were inaugurated and my clients closed on their new home in Forest Hill Extension. Time is flying by! After a short, three day marketing period the week before Christmas, their dream house received 16 offers but they are the lucky ones who get to call it home! . The vaccine is here, restaurants are opening & California is getting well needed rain (not ideal for outdoor dining but what can you do). All in all, I'm feeling very hopeful for better days ahead! How about you?
