We don’t have enough kits to test people of CoViD 19 in the Bay Area. The county is limiting the number of people getting tested. Also, there is a chance people are getting false negatives. If you have a fever of 103, dry cough, and shortness of breath, you most likely have the virus. If a test isn’t available for you, you can ask for an x-ray or a CT scan to check your lungs. Stay home as much as you can especially if you are 50 years old and above. If you have difficulty breathing, you need to go to the hospital.

For the elderly

There is no substitute for fresh, real, organic food. Say No to chemicals and processed foods!
