Happy 4th everyone! Today I was inspired to post a picture of myself and honor my independence and commitment to me (mask/gloves required for workout lol). As I think through this past couple years and my journey to this point, I feel proud and grateful to be here. In the past I would never have had the confidence to be this vulnerable to post/ or put myself out there in this way. But today I feel inspired to do so. So many people to thank for support to help me get to this ...point, could never do it alone. It has not be easy and people constantly ask me how do/did u do it? Answer is, is I have no f***ing clue. It has been day by day and breath by breath. I have cried many days, sleepless nights, angry, sad, depressed overjoyed, inspired, confident, empowered and layed out in almost every emotion at times. Being a single mom (toddler plus two dogs), running my own business and doing life in LA all by myself is no easy task. I’ve lost over 50 pounds post baby and close to 90 in the past couple years. Anyone who knows me knows it has been a struggle for me. But apart from the weight loss I am most grateful for the sense of love and respect I have today for me. That is something that I’m still working on but something I intend to always hold as highest priority. Today we all have a lot of emotions with our current events of life but I just want to say a big Thank YOU to everyone out there who has helped me get to this point. Another post-quarantine refresh for @loriscowley For Lori we did natural melted in highlights and tipped out her ends to add a little pop. @carlazunigahair gave her a fresh haircut to clean it up. #decahair

Post-quarantine cut and color for @meaganfulps. Her color had been grown out for a year and haircut for about 6 months. For her cut, she wanted to keep as much length as possible, but had so much weight due to her layers being so grown out. So, we just dusted the overall length, but massively brought up her layers, opening up her face. For her color, we did some balayage to achieve the golden, sun kissed highlights to break up her natural color which is a level 5.
