Made another custom formula for one of my patients today. This person is suffering from stress, anxiety and depression all leading to digestive issues. I know she will feel better after taking these herbs. ... P.S. You don’t have to suffer! If you got something going on contact me so we can get to the bottom of it together. See more

As women we are very quick to blame our feelings on our hormones. We’ve learned that we are sensitive creatures and vulnerable to being emotional especially around our periods. But our hormones are NOT always to blame for how we feel. ... Sometimes life is hard, and feeling emotional is a natural and NORMAL response. Historically, women have been gaslit into believing it’s all in our heads. There’s nothing wrong, we just need to learn to be happy in our current situations. But just realizing that no, it’s NOT all in your head is the first step to healing. It’s ok to be struggling right now. The stress of the pandemic has hurt a lot of people. Some of us have lost our jobs and have no idea how to pay next month's rent. Families are having to juggle working from home while homeschooling their children, creating an incredibly stressful home dynamic that takes a toll on everyone’s mental health. Some people who have gotten sick are dealing with chronic debilitating symptoms while others have literally lost their lives. It’s a tough time to be alive. So stop blaming how you feel on your hormones. Be kind to yourself and remember to take time out to do things that bring YOU joy. See more
