If you want to check your squat form at the bottom of your lift, try this trick. Place a flat board or bar just in front of your toes and try not to hit the bar with your chest. The bar should travel in a straight line up and down going through your heals. If you are having a hard time with this drill make sure you are not looking up into the mirror so that your spine is not arched. @docjenfit does a great job of this in the video. #fitness #squats #lifting #losangeles #personaltrainer
