Open House Sunday 12-4pm. Great Pool Home in Hemet. Yes the carpet is Green, but that is an easy fix if you are not a fan!!! The house is in immaculate condition. One owner that has taken very good care of the home. Lots of upgrades and by far the best looking house on the block. RV/Boat parking accessability. No HOA. Lower Taxes, and best of all; a mirror of top shelf pride of ownership. Just a touch above $350; 5 bed 3 bath, pool home. Call or text me directly at 858 716 6624 if you are interested in getting more information or scheduling a private showing.
In Vegas for a Zillow Event. So...Zillow found that 49% of all consumers that reached out to an agent using their site, did not get a response. Almost 50% of agents not returning calls. National association of Realtors found that the 2018 agent results were down over 2017 which is the opposite of the market results which are drastically up over last year. The average Realtor (paying dues and logging in to our sites on a regular basis) earned 38,000 and did 11 transactions for... the year. They invested $4,600 on their business over the course of the year, $1380 of which was car expenses. 28% of those 11 transactions came from past clients and referals of friends or family. So the "Average" agent is helping 1 family every other month. I don't know about you guys, but I need more practice in any endeavor than bi monthly. How can we help families succeed in negotiations, tax exchanges, extracting maximum equity from a sale, searching, executing the necessities to get your needs and wants met in the housing market if we are only handling 5-6 homes that have not just fallen in our lap? Also, what are the Realtors doing with their time if they are only workking with 1 home per month? I know what they are not doing. They are not growing in their trade, not rolling up their sleeves to learn, not honing skills and working to serve your needs more professionally. I am not knocking anyone here just to clarify. I know that if I had to choose an agent, I would want someone that gets involved, stays involved, and weathers the storm of escrow (if applicable). Even if you were my best friend and sold a few houses per year, no offense, but our home is our largest asset. Whatever cash we may save using a part timer, does not equal the equity we would risk leaving on the table from using someone that does not have the eperience to handle our home sale or purchase. Is the industry flooded with people who are really not qualified to be handling such large financial investments??? Feedback and insights please if you have read this far. #Premiereagentforum See more
Wrapping up a great year, and wanted to say thank you. Without your trust and relationships, I most certainly would be in a different boat. 2018 is another "best year" in real estate . We are on pace to have helped 45-50 families buy and sell homes all over Southern California. I love you guys, and just wanted to say thank you. I am always here if you need anything.
Good morning all. I have been a tad absent from the FB, and I am slowly making a return. New baby in July, which makes 2 in diapers. My wife has been crushing it at home doing an A+ job, which is great because I am ready to help some people and sell some houses. Thank you for all of your support and trust over the years. I appreciate all of your business and confidence in me to get the job done. Real Estate transactions are NOT always smooth or easy. You learn a lot about you...r agent when things get tough. Do they stick around? Are they still present? Do they still take your calls when things get "crazy"? If you think of anyone that might need a good Realtor, I hope that I come to mind as someone that will always do my best, come to the table with honesty, and ready to work. I love you guys and appreciate you!! Have a great Saturday and if we have bought or sold a home together, reach out and say hi!! I miss you!! (Most of you.....JK...all of you!!) See more
When you show 20 homes or more and there is no signs of "the one". Boxes are checked but no "Yes, this is it" factor. What do you do as a professional? We have seen everything on the market... As a Realtor, you hunt the market and wait for the right home, the newest home, the off market home, you stay the course until the "job" is done. Follow through is key. Finish what you start with each and every person. Be an agent that is of your word and fight until the key becomes your clients, and the "client" becomes your friend for life. Have a great day everyone and I am here if you need anything!!! #theone
Really Nice Mobile in Yucaipa. Yes, even Mobile homes appreciate!! Double the value in less than 2 years. No matter the home, large, small, 7 zeroes on the listing price or 5. Home is home. I find the value in what I do by helping one family at a time make the transitions that build them up. Thank all of you for your support and I look forward to our future endeavors together. Your trust means a lot to me in handling the purchase and sale of your homes. I am grateful to approach every relationship with the attitude of doing what is best for you and for the future of your family.
