COVID-19. We know times are hard & we are all in this together. If it is possible please continue making your monthly payments. If not, contact the correct personnel about deferred payments and grace periods. You do not automatically receive a freeze on your rent, you must reach out to the correct people and show proof of hardship due to the virus. There’s a lot of misleading information out there. Every mortgage is different. Some banks are giving 3, 6, or 12 months to pay ...back what is owed, other banks are adding what you owe to the end of your loan. Some are freezing interest some are not. Please exercise caution and perform due diligence. I hope we are of help to you and your families at this time.
