"My bite and my smile have been returned to the way they were 20 years ago!" Dr. Cutts and his staff are in tune with folks like myself that aren't comfortable in the dentist's chair anymore. It had been years since my last dental visit. My gums were sensitive and my bite was off due to a lost bridge a few years ago. Dr. Cutts reviewed the x-rays and examined my gums & teeth. Brushing your teeth, flossing, and limiting sugar intake are all key. Here are five supplements for a flouride alternative to consider adding to your oral health regimen. 1. Neem Neem is amazing. One study suggests a neem mouthwash could even outperform a traditional dental product when it comes to reducing plaque! Other studies suggest it has almost miraculous properties when it comes to approaching gingivitis. Oregano Oil Oregano oil is one of those items with a million uses, and promoting oral health is one of them.
