When dealing with anxiety, sometimes it helps to move forward by taking an ACTION you feel could help the situation that is causing you anxiety. 2020 has brought crises into all our lives, and it would be surprising if anyone out there is NOT dealing with anxiety. In regards to the latest unrest we are seeing on the news, we may want to take an ACTION to support our cause. You may ask, What can I do? It takes ACTION by all policymakers to enact change. Call on local, ...state, and federal lawmakers to take immediate and direct policy action that you feel could help (i.e., police training, set guidelines for peaceful protest, further human rights action, to name a few).
