Once you're in foreclosure then you have to pay the full delinquent amount, which includes late fees, foreclosure fees, attorney fees, and the list just goes on. Remember when in 2008 people said be late on your mortgages and you can get a short sale or don’t worry it won’t affect you if you do a loan modification and fast forward and it did?! While I understand times are tough for everyone please be mindful of the finances and what it can do to your future when this all passes. For those that truly need it and have no other choice then please call your loan servicers FIRST and start working something out with them.
