We’re back!! Can’t wait to teach BODYFLOW @inshapecoffeeroad this Monday! The class will be outdoors, masks are required to get in and bring your own yoga mat! Yoga mats will not be provided so this is important! Once set up socially distanced members can take their masks off but instructors and staff will keep theirs on.
