I recently had the pleasure of meeting Dr Chris Bache and he talked at length about his experiences using psychedelics and his journey through the universal mind. His experiences are in depth and required emotional, spiritual detoxifications to receive transformations. Deliberate and careful interpretations of his experiences were a key aspect of his transformative work. The Pause Button Wisdom is not reacting. Wisdom is discerning the correct action based on the prevailing context. This is what we are missing in society. ... Everyone believes taking action (or rather re-acting) quickly is the key without taking into account the potential consequences. This is based on limited thinking. The pause button is what I often refer to as "Being Feline." Feline does not pounce until an assessment of the situation has been made. This involves using 3 faculties - heart, brain and gut. Humans hurry in life. But life itself is not hurried. We make it so. I teach my clients about the "Pause Button" as a standard. Pausing before re-acting and using other techniques along the way bring us into our hearts and activates the wisdom therein. It is invaluable in your decision and strategy making process.
