Dance Society

Welcome back! Classes resume on Zoom today. Thank you for trusting Dance Society to teach and share the love of dance with your children during this past year. We are truly grateful for you and your business and we are delighted to continue to serve you in 2021. This past year was tough on all of us and we are so appreciative at the strides you and your children have taken to keep dancing forward. 2020 truly taught our dancers to be resilient individuals. Our students learned to dance on Zoom, in masks, socially distanced and even outside in the parking lot. They had the opportunity to continue to exercise, interact with their friends, and learn new steps. We saw them learn, grow, laugh, and smile (yes, even under a mask). More than ever before, we wish you a happy and healthy new year.

It’s Halloween Week at Dance Society! Don’t forget to wear your costume to class.

We look forward to seeing our dancers in costume this week! Be sure you are able to dance in your costume and Covid masks (as always) are required.

Happy Thanksgiving! I am incredibly thankful for all of our wonderful students, parents, teachers, and everyone that has been a part of the Dance Society family over the past 21 years. I have always said that dance is about more than just the steps. 2020 has proven just how incredibly true that is! Thank you all for being part of my dance journey! Melissa

I am completely overwhelmed by this surprise donation from alumni and friends and family! I was brought to tears by the generosity and the kindness of so many former students! Not only did they donate their hard earned money, but several also wrote me amazing notes of how the studio impacted their lives. Aside from the financial struggles, I was at an emotional low point when I received this gift and it lifted my spirits more than you will ever know. The last four months has ...been a difficult uphill battle and I have been through every emotion imaginable. Not knowing the future of Dance Society has been very scary. Knowing that the studio mattered enough for our Alumni to put this together means more to me than anything! This money will help to pay our teachers and purchase supplies to hopefully move August dance classes outside... still working on getting approval for that. The money will also be used to sponsor a few dancers that have been financially affected by COVID and will allow them to continue with classes.
