After experiencing the last event, and getting a behind the scenes look at this one, I can confidently say this is going to be both fun and it will dramatically improve your "spin-ability"!

Wow...awesome video demoing how you can use your face to drastically change a performance. She does such a great job keeping everything else almost precisely the same except her face.

This video has several great tips for creating your own moves. Plus, it inspired this new Extreme Practice Drill: Randomly choose a verb from the dictionary and then create a move that makes sense with that verb.

Just came across this great set of tips for how to create a choreography: https://www.steezy.co/posts/how-to-choreograph-a-dance At the end they ask "What tips help you choreograph?"... One thing I think of is... Every note of a song (except the first one) plays off of the notes that came before it, so I want to do my best to make every movement in my choreo play off the movement before it. Even towards the end of the choreo, ideally my movements are still taking into consideration the movements that I started with and all the movements that led up to this point. Of course, my end movements might be very different from my other movements, but they aren't ignoring them. Basically, I'm trying to find a way to show that everything makes sense together, just like all the notes in a great song make sense together.
